After growing up in France, Christian moved to the UK to study Computer Science at Cambridge. After graduating, he founded a chain of restaurants in London called Hummus Bros which grew to 6 high street locations and hundreds of popups.

It's at Hummus Bros that Christian experienced first-hand the problem that Tenzo now solves for hundreds of restaurants across the globe: getting the operational data in the hands of the right person, at the right time on the right device to help these tight-margin businesses shift from surviving to thriving.
