About the role
You'll be joining our Product Engineering team as a critical bridge between our data engineering team (Aggregate) and customer success. This role focuses on ensuring data quality and integration reliability across our 70+ partner integrations that power our data aggregation platform.
As our data pipeline processes substantial amounts of data from diverse sources, discrepancies and integration issues are inevitable. You'll be the detective who investigates these data mismatches, working closely with spreadsheets and analytical tools to identify inconsistencies between partner data sources and our transformed outputs.
This is a unique hybrid role combining technical support, quality assurance, and data analysis. You'll free up our development team to focus on building new features by taking ownership of issue investigation, partner communication, and documentation. The role offers significant growth potential - starting with manual analysis and escalation, with opportunities to develop automation scripts and contribute to our data quality processes.
You'll work directly with our engineering team, translating complex data issues into clear, actionable reports that enable quick resolution. This position is essential for maintaining the reliability and accuracy that our customers depend on, while helping us scale our integration capabilities efficiently.
This is an evolving role with the potential to shape how we approach data quality and integration support as we continue to grow.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to make a significant impact at Tenzo. This role is pivotal in shaping how our product integrates and interacts with external systems, partners, and platforms.

About you
You're a natural problem-solver who thrives on detective work - the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about diving into spreadsheets to uncover data discrepancies and patterns. You have a methodical approach to troubleshooting and the patience to work through complex data issues systematically.
You're service-oriented and customer obsessed by nature, understanding that behind every data mismatch there is an impact on customers. You take ownership of issues from discovery through resolution, knowing when to dig deeper yourself and when to escalate to the engineering team.
You're equally comfortable communicating with technical teams and external partners, able to translate complex data problems into clear, actionable information. Documentation doesn't feel like a chore to you - you understand its value and take pride in creating thorough, useful records that help the whole team.
You're curious about automation and see it as a powerful tool to make your work faster and more effective. Whether you already have some coding experience (Python or JavaScript) or you're eager to learn with the help of AI tools, you're excited about the possibility of writing scripts that can streamline repetitive tasks and enhance your analytical capabilities.
Most importantly, you're excited about joining an evolving role where you can grow your technical skills while making a direct impact on product quality. You're looking for a position where your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be valued and where there's room to expand your responsibilities as you learn and contribute.
Your mission
Your primary mission is to be the guardian of data integrity across our integration ecosystem. You'll act as the first line of defence when data discrepancies arise, diving deep into spreadsheets and analytical tools to identify where our transformed data differs from what our integration partners provide.
